3S SOT took part in the initiative of Junior Achievement - Manager for a Day. The company was visited by Victoria Karaivanova (first year student, "Economics and Business") and Svetoslav Marovski (second year student, "Accounting and Control"). They spent the whole day in the company, working with the Executive Director Peter Polileev, got acquainted with security services and considered the production process of security systems.
The two students had extremely busy schedule. Once acquainted with the history of 3S SOT and its tranformation into one of the  largest companies in Bulgaria, Svetoslav and Victoria participated in regular operational meeting of the Monitoring Department,  examined the company's monitoring center and followed the work of the patrol teams. At the end of the day they had the opportunity to attend the process of production of security and fire alarm systems.
The working day ended with a final meeting on which the two students shared their impressions and asked all the interesting and important questions for them. Exhausted by the hard work program, but happy of all that was seen and heard, the two students said that despite the tirement, they would like to visit 3S SOT AD again next year to follow the development of the company and to learn about novelties in the security business.
