"3S SOT" PLC is a private company providing centralized security services by means of technical equipment via monitoring-centers and vehicle patrols, physical security, convoy of valuables and dangerous loads; delivery, installation and support of security systems.
Currently, "3S SOT" is the first and only national SOT (Signal and Security Equipment) in Bulgaria.
"3S SOT" is managed by experts with long - term experience in the area of activities of the Ministry of the Interior, professionals in this area of specific security activities, having the necessary knowledge, skills and public contacts. The long-term goal of the 3S SOT owners is to cover the territory of the whole country by the development of monitoring centers in the big strategic cities, to expand the range of the services offered and their quality.
"3S SOT" has been awarded a license for the
performance of security services under No 57 dated 3 May 1994, and
license № 619 of 15 June 2005 for the performance of private
security services on the territory of the whole country, in
compliance with Regulation І-79/2000 of the Ministry of
Interior.
With the individual license № 120-01055 of 2001, issued by the State Telecommunications Committee "3S SOT" was granted the right to use 9 frequency channels to perform direct security activities. The frequency allowed has national coverage and is used by "3S SOT" on the territory of the whole country.
The personnel policy of "3S SOT" has been agreed with all the requirements of the Ministry of the Interior. All of the employees work under a Labor Contract with 3S SOT and they benefit from the social benefits provided for in the Labor Code as well as free medical services and additional insurance.
The personnel employed within the "3S SOT" structure as per 31 December 2005 consists of 1 799 employees, of which 723 provide their services in Sofia. As at the same date, the sites included in the surveillance and security system of "3S SOT" are 27 973 of which 15 941 are on the territory of Sofia and the region.

Show-rooms, car dealerships, services – 2,92%;
Public places – 3,12%;

Bank branches and offices – 2,10%;
Other – 2,21%.

Almost 80% of the security systems of the sites listed for the "3S SOT" security services have been delivered and developed by "3S SOT", "Teletek" and "Sensus". The rest of the sites have been equipped by companies that trust the high quality of the services offered and the loyalty of "3S SOT".
